dc.description.abstract The technological revolution along with growing competition has exerted pressure on organizations worldwide to consider changes in the organizational structures and the work patterns adopted. Telework has proven to be one of the successful changes embraced as it was shown to improve productivity and to address more adequately the needs for flexibility of today' s workforce. Teleworking or flexible working has offered many benefits to organizations worldwide, and it is therefore important for Lebanese companies to consider its implementation. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the readiness and willingness of Lebanese managers and employees to apply Telework in their organizations. Furthermore. it analyzes the various variables affecting their views and decisions to implement Teleworking as a work pattern. en_US
