dc.description.abstract	Documents show that the kinds of French and Raven powers promoting the development of knowledge acquisition, creation, and sharing are not enough recognized. This study extends the power literature of French and Raven to organizations of Lebanon and gives an empirical proof of knowledge acquisition, creation and sharing. The regression analysis conducted in this study shows that expert power is directly related to acquisition, creation and sharing of knowledge, this relationship being significant.	en_US
